David Beckham's football skills may no longer light up the England side, but these pictures show he has not lost his touch.

The LA Galaxy midfielder impressed a camera crew with his close control by juggling a pen during an advertising shoot.

Beckham used a break in filming to throw a felt-tip high into the air and then catch it as it fell, in the nape of his neck.

The team around him kept the camera rolling to capture the shot in between takes for the commercial for pen brand Sharpie.
