Britain's most glamorous couple will appear in a two minute commercial for the Tokyo Beauty Centre, a major salon, and it will be shown on giant outdoor screens in central Tokyo.
This will be the couple's first joint television advertisement.
A still photograph from the ad shows the tanned couple sitting on a couch smiling at the camera, Beckham dressed in an open-necked white shirt, and his wife wearing a sheepskin lined leather coat.
The commercial was shot near Manchester last month before the revelation of a foiled plot to kidnap the former Spice Girl singer.
The reports did not say how much money Tokyo Beauty Centre paid the couple.
