David Beckham will be looking cool in Police sunglasses for another three years, after renewing his contract with the company.

Becks has only appeared on Police billboards in the UK, with the inimitable George Clooney sporting their eyewear in the rest of the world.

The new Ł5-million contract will see him in advertisements all around the globe, however.

Police drew up the deal after David helped them double their sales in Britain.

“He is a charming man who loves our sunglasses and looks exceptionally good in them,” enthused company boss Massimo De Rigo.
